    Returns and Refunds

    Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in an unused/new condition to that of how you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    If you have had a 'change of mind' we offer an exchange for an alternate item/s and/or a store credit. In these circumstances any additional cost associated with shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or means to identify proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to us prior to contact via either email/sms/telephone/social media whereby we have confirmed entitlement/eligibility. 


    In circumstances whereby eligibility for a refund is met we will require the product returned to us for inspection. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s. We will further notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, Usually within the same week. There will also be up to a 10% restocking fee applied to your refund that will be deducted from your total refund amount prior to payment.


    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


    We only exchange items if they are defective/damaged/unused and prior approval arranged.

    If you need to exchange for the same item but different colour for example, send us an email at outlining the correct colour/defects/damage and we happily make arrangements to forward you a replacement exchange item.  Please note that we will need to receive and inspect the item/s prior to exchanging it to ensure it is eligible under our term and conditions.


    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


    To return your product, please contact us at and we will provide forwarding details or alternatively you can arrange for the return of your order via your chosen service provider.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund in the event that you did not pay for the postage in returning the item/s. 

    If your order is replaced under warranty it may be requested that your replaced item be returned to us via a reply paid satchel for quality review purposes. It is a condition of the warranty that you, in a reasonable time, place the item in the reply paid satchel and return it to your local post office for return.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
