This policy operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantees provided by law.
We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
If you change your mind about your purchase, we may offer:
An exchange for another item; or
A store credit
Change-of-mind returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase and are subject to the conditions below.
All return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit due to change of mind:
Items that have been used, worn, washed, altered, or assembled
Items that are damaged, soiled, or show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection
Items not returned in their original packaging, including missing parts, accessories, or labels
Items returned outside the 30-day change-of-mind period
Gift cards
Customers may inspect items as they would in a retail store; however, items must not be used.
This section does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law in relation to faulty, unsafe, or incorrectly supplied goods.
If an item you receive is faulty, damaged, unsafe, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.
Depending on the nature of the issue, this may include:
A refund
A replacement
A repair

No restocking, handling, or inspection fees will apply
Please contact us before returning any item so we can arrange assessment and return instructions.
Refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law.
Where a refund is approved:
The item must be returned to us for inspection
We will notify you by email once the item has been received and assessed
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within the same week, subject to bank processing times
Restocking fees do not apply to faulty or defective products.

If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:
You will receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item
If the item was not marked as a gift:
Any approved refund will be issued to the original purchaser

Shipping terms:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law
We recommend using a tracked shipping service for items valued over $75
We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Where an item is replaced under warranty:
You may be required to return the replaced item using a reply-paid satchel
Returning the item within a reasonable time is a condition of the warranty
