Below we have listed our shipping prices to frequent regions/countries.

If you are ordering a nappy bag with patches or accessories, then you will only be required to pay for your nappy bag shipping option!

This also means that if you are eligible for FREE shipping, then your patches or accessories will be included with your free shipping option.

Should your address fall outside of these locations or you have any further questions be sure to send us an email (sales@tacpac.com.au) and we can quote or clarify any further information for you, usually within 12hrs.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days* however may vary depending on seasonal sales periods or other unprecedent events.

          Optional Shipping Insurance Policy

          This Shipping Insurance Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms under which Tacpac Australia Pty Ltd, trading as Tacpac (“we”, “us”, “our”), provides optional insurance coverage for parcels shipped to customers using Australia Post as our designated carrier.

          This Policy applies only to customers who choose to purchase Tacpac Shipping Insurance as an additional paid service at checkout. Customers who do not purchase this add-on are not covered by this Policy.


          1. Coverage Activation

          Tacpac Shipping Insurance is not included by default.
          Coverage is activated only when:

          • The customer selects and pays for the “Shipping Insurance” add-on at checkout; and

          • The order is successfully completed.

          If the insurance add-on is not purchased, no coverage under this Policy applies.


          2. Coverage Period

          Coverage begins when the parcel is collected from our warehouse by Australia Post and ends once delivery is completed in accordance with Section 4 (“Definition of Delivery”).


          3. What Is Covered (Paid Insurance Add-On Purchasers Only)

          Customers who have purchased the insurance add-on are covered for:

          • Damage to the parcel or its contents

          • Loss of the parcel during transit

          • Theft prior to delivery

          Coverage applies only during transit and while the parcel remains under Australia Post’s control.


          4. Definition of Delivery

          A parcel is considered delivered when:

          • Australia Post obtains a signature in accordance with its Signature on Delivery procedures.

          After confirmed delivery, coverage ends, and no claims can be made.


          5. Responsibilities of Australia Post (Carrier Liability)

          Before Tacpac can assess any insurance claim:

          • A full Australia Post investigation must be completed, and

          • Australia Post must confirm whether they accept or deny liability.

          Tacpac’s insurance coverage applies only after Australia Post confirms that their liability does not apply.

          Customers must supply all documentation from Australia Post, including investigation reports, correspondence, tracking information, and case reference numbers.


          6. Exclusions

          The following are not covered, including but not limited to:

          • Parcels where the customer opted for:

            • “Authority to Leave”

            • “Leave in a Safe Place”

            • Any non-signature delivery option

          • Theft or loss after a parcel has been signed for

          • Damage or loss after delivery is confirmed

          • Consequential or indirect losses

          • Parcels containing prohibited items


          7. Claims Process

          Claims under this Policy may only be made by customers who purchased Shipping Insurance.
          Customers must provide:

          • Proof of purchase of Tacpac Shipping Insurance

          • Order number and item details

          • Photos of damage (if applicable)

          • All Australia Post findings and documentation

          • Any information reasonably required by Tacpac


          8. Assessment and Outcomes

          If the Australia Post investigation concludes and the claim is upheld by Tacpac, possible outcomes include:

          • Replacement item(s)

          • Store credit

          • Refund

          Tacpac reserves sole discretion in determining the appropriate remedy.


          9. Amendments

          Tacpac reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Changes apply immediately upon publication.
